
Site Administrator/Project Manager
Brian McPeak brings more than 15 years of experience in managing complex brownfield redevelopment and high-profile projects to his role as site administrator project manager for the Chromium Cleanup Partnership.
Licensed as a professional planner by the State of New Jersey, McPeak has expertise in project management; project permitting and entitlement; community and site planning; and environmental impact analysis.
McPeak has provided leadership for a number of noteworthy projects in New Jersey, including the brownfield redevelopment efforts in Camden
and Pennsauken, The Borgata Hotel and Casino and the Gateway Corridor Redevelopment in Atlantic City and the Port Imperial waterfront redevelopment in Weehawken.
He has also provided professional planning and other permitting services associated with the development of the first utility-scale wind turbine facilities in New Jersey and the installation of a 14-acre ground base photovoltaic solar array.
In all, McPeak has directed planning and permitting services for projects in seven states.
McPeak earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of California at Berkeley and a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
